Cut the pork meat into very thin slices and keep it in the large bowl.

Also, slice the pineapples into wide spears and Cut the pineapple into a 2-inch-wide spear. About 1 cup of pineapple dice and the remaining spears on one side.

1 large Pineapple (peeled and cored, splitted use)

1/4 cup distilled Vinegar (white)

1 pepper Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano (Mexican )
1/2 cup Cilantro freshly
