What is Pizza Burger Recipe and how to make Pizza Burger?
Pizza burger is a hamburger made with meat along with tomato sauce and further topped with shredded cheese, onions, and finally toasted. Pizza burger is a very delicious recipe, and it tastes like pizza. In this recipe, ground beef has been used but you can take the meat of your choices and add with your desired toppings to create this delicious and mouthwatering burger recipe at home. This burger recipe can be prepared easily at home and can be served as a perfect meal for your family.
Tips to make Pizza Burger Recipe
- You can add some condiments and sauces as per your liking.
- You can replace this beef patty with turkey, mutton or with any other meat.
- You can prepare this burger on the grill as well in the oven.
- Add some lemon juice in the dough of patties to make it taste tangy.
Take a medium-sized bowl and combine ground beef, garlic paste, chopped parsley and mix it well until combined. With your hands, form this mixture into four equally-sized patties and season both sides of the formed patties with salt and pepper.
Add some oil in a large skillet and place these burger patties on it. Pan fry until it is cooked properly on both sides. Flip patties, and add 1 cup of garlic tomato sauce around these patties in the pan and low down the flame. Let these patties simmer on low heat for a minute. Once done, place these patties with cheese and pepperoni slices.
After that cover the pan with its lip and let the cheese melt properly and cook until burger patties are prepared as per your liking, approximately 2-3 minutes more.
In the meantime, take garlic buns and brush them with melted butter on the inside of each half-bun. Sprinkle some garlic powder, oregano, sprinkle with garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese (if available). Toast it in the skillet until golden and well chared.
Take toasted buns and spread remaining pizza sauce or tomato garlic sauce on the bottom buns followed by cooked patties and place some tomato slices on it. Add some soy sauce and cover it with top buns.
