1 Boneless Chicken
1 ½ tablespoon Soy sauce
8 ounces pad Thai Rice( noodles)
2 to 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3 to 4 Cloves Garlic
1 to 2 fresh Red Chilies(or green chilies, finely sliced)
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
10 to 15 medium-sized raw Shrimp
2 cups sprouts Beans
4 green Onion
1 lime(cut into wedges, for serving)
1/3 cup dry roasted unsalted Peanuts
1/3 cup good-quality Chicken
3 tablespoons rice Vinegar(or white vinegar)
1-tablespoon Lime Juice
3 to 4 tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

When it comes to thai food, chick pad thai noodles is the most famous recipe that comes first in mind. This noodle recipe is a very delicious and flavorful recipe prepared with chicken and shrimp. It is a very common street dish in Thailand that can be found anywhere. This recipe can easily be made with restaurant-quality at home using simple ingredients. You can customize it with noodles, proteins, veggies, and spice levels for your choice like chicken, steak, pork, shrimp, tofu and veggie-only, etc.
Tips to make Pad Thai Noodles
- You can add ingredients as per your choices such as types of noodles, meat, veggies, and spice quantity.
Gather all the ingredients of pad Thai sauce and stir it together, let the sugar dissolve completely.
In a bowl toss the chopped chicken with soya sauce
In a large bowl boil water and put rice noodles in it. Let the noodles boil in it for some 6 minutes. The noodles should be firm and have a little crunch. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water.
In a pan over medium heat, drizzle some oil. Add garlic, chili and galangal and stir it for a minute.
Add chicken pieces to it and stir it for 2 minutes, now add shrimp and stir-fry till the chicken gets opaque and shrimp turns pink.
When the pan dries add 2 tablespoons of pad Thai sauce. Shift the ingredients towards the side and in the same pan crack an egg and stir-fry it to a scramble.
Add noodles and pad Thai noodles, and mix everything nicely, again add sauce continues to add sauce in every one or 2 minute and let them be a bit sticky.
Add bean sprouts and green onion, remove from heat and add fish sauce till the desired taste is achieved.
Serve with chopped nuts and lime wedges.
