In a medium bowl whisk together the gluten free flour, almond flour, baking soda and salt till all are combined well together.
Melt the butter over medium heat, and once it starts to melt, whisk it constantly. Initially the butter will foam and then turn brown on the bottom of pan. Turn off the heat when butter starts to give nutty smell, and empty it in a glass container.
Add the milk, brown sugar and white sugar to this and mix it properly. Add the egg and vanilla to it and whisk it properly.

Cover the bowl with lid and allow it to rest for 25-30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Make small balls from the dough and place them inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Let it remain on the baking tray for 5 minutes till they cool down and then store it in an airtight container.
