Take a mixing bowl and combine ground chicken, garlic paste, parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes in it. Season it with salt and pepper. Mix it until well combined. Once mixed well, Form 4 equally sized patties out of this mixture.

Preheat a large cast iron skillet and add 2 tbsp of olive oil in it. Add the burgers patties in it and shallow fry until golden. Cook each side of patty properly for about 5 minutes.

Add a dollop of marinara or tomato garlic sauce on these patties. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Once done, top each burger patty with cheese slices and pepperoni slices and cover the pan until the cheese melts. It will take around 2 minutes. transfer the patties in a platter and cover it so it can stay warm.

lay the hamburgers on this skillet with the cut side down and toast them for 2 minutes till light brown.

Now it's time to assemble the burger spread a layer of leftover marinara or tomato garlic sauce on the bottom of the bun. Add burger patties and basil leaves and cover it with top buns. Serve hot and enjoy!
