How to Make Chicken Parm Burger Recipe
Chicken Parm is a succulent combination of the ground chicken patty with Parmesan cheese that melts in the mouth. The dish originates from Middlesbrough in North Yorkshire, England where it is popularly known as Parmo. It consists of a fried and breaded chicken cutlet topped with bechamel sauce and cheese In this Burger Recipe, ground chicken is blended along with parmesan cheese and spicy herbs to form juicy patties for this luscious burger and further topped with marinara sauce and basil.
Tips to make Chicken Parm Burger
- You can add the topping on the burger as per your desire. In this recipe, we have taken basil leaves and any simple sauce along with marinara.
- Feel free to add condiments and accompaniments as per your choice or with whatever is available to you.
Take a medium-sized bowl and combine bread crumbs, salt, and parmesan cheese in it and mix it. And keep it aside.
Take another large mixing bowl, combine.
Chicken, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil leaves, parsley, minced garlic and
Cheese paneer. Mix it properly like kneading the dough and Take this chicken mixture in your hand and flatten it in your palm. Put a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of that flatten mixture and fold the chicken properly on the edges. The chicken mixture should be entirely covered on both sides. Now, cover this patty with bread crumb mixture that we prepared first and cover it well on both sides. Form 4 patties similar to this and place it in a platter.
Take a large skillet and heat 2tbsp of oil in it over medium-high heat. Place these patties in the skillet and cook them until bottoms are golden. Cook well on each side for 4 to 5 minutes, then flip and add tomato ginger sauce or marinara to the skillet.
Let these patties simmer on low heat for 2-3 heat. Once the sauce starts bubbling, place adds mozzarella cheese on top of the patties and wait till the cheese melts properly. It will take around 10 minutes more. Once done, keep it in a foil paper.
Brush hamburgers bun with some oil and place the cut bottom on the skillet. Toast it until well charred. Take a spoon of marinara sauce which is left in the skillet and put in onto the bottom halves of the buns and lay patties on the top of it. Top it with basil leaves and Spoon sauce from skillet onto bottom halves of burger buns and place patties on top. Top the burger with basil leaves and sprinkle some salt and any sauce of your choice. Lastly, cover the burger buns with tops and serve it hot.
