Tips to Make Chicken Fajitas
- For best toppings to serve, you can add sour cream, Guacamole, Cheese or black beans and rice.
- Instead of sauteing in the skillet/pan, you can also grill the chicken fajitas to make them crispy.
Take a medium-sized bowl and add some oil in it. Combine red chili flakes, cumin seeds and lime juice in it. Mix all the ingredients well to make a thick marinade. Season chicken with pepper and salt and then add chicken to the bowl and toss it well. Allow the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
For cooking, take a pan and add some oil in it. Heat the oil on medium flame and add marinated chicken in the pan. Cook it on each side for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Once done, let it cool for 10 minutes and then slice the fried chicken into strips.
